A post-AGI economy will be shaped by who has access to AI capability. If access follows employment, displacement compounds: you lose your income and the tools you would need to build the next one.
The Capability Floor is our answer inside our own programs, and our position outside them. Every EDF participant will receive a guaranteed allotment of frontier model access and compute for the full length of their transition. We advocate for the same floor to exist for anyone AI displaces.

Published on the first lab commitment. Until then the guarantee is stated in kind: frontier model access and compute for the length of your program.
For labs and cloud providers
The Floor is funded in kind. Credits committed to EDF will be allocated to vetted participants and reported quarterly.
The Floor applies across every EDF program, including the Alignment Corps.
