Who we are, and what stage we are at

EDF is an early-stage foundation. Nonprofit registration is in progress and no registered entity yet exists. We are not currently accepting public donations, and nothing on this site should be read as an offer of tax-deductible giving. Our current status report sets out plainly what we have and have not done.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at dev@endangered.dev if you believe your account has been compromised. You may close your account at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Only invite people to events who would welcome the invitation. Do not use the invite feature to send bulk or unsolicited messages.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission. If you find a security issue, please report it to dev@endangered.dev — we welcome that.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or your eligibility for a programme, grant, or credit.

Programmes, grants, and credits

Applying for a programme, grant, loan, or credit allocation does not guarantee acceptance or any particular outcome. Places are limited and awards are discretionary. Descriptions of programmes on this site describe what we have designed and intend to deliver; they are not a contractual promise of a place, a job, an income, or a specific result.

AI-generated guidance

Our resume review and career guidance features are produced by an automated system and can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Treat them as a starting point, not professional career, financial, immigration, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on them are your own.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us permission to store and process it as needed to operate the platform and deliver the features you use, as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not publish your resume or profile publicly as marketing material without asking you first.

Availability and changes

The platform is provided as-is and as-available. We are a small early-stage team; features may change, break, or be withdrawn, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms. We will give notice of material changes to these terms by updating the date at the top of this page, and by email where the change significantly affects account holders.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDF and its founders are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
