Launch Programs in Your Country
AI displacement is a global phenomenon with deeply local consequences. A developer in Lagos faces different challenges than one in Louisville. Our frameworks are universal — our implementations are shaped by local context, partners, and labor markets.
The Model
EDF operates on a hub-and-spoke model. Our central team develops the curriculum, technology platform, and operational playbooks. Local partners — individuals, organizations, or institutions — deploy these in their regions with our continuous support.
This isn't franchising. It's genuine partnership. Local leads have full autonomy to adapt programs to their context. We provide the scaffolding — they provide the soul.
"The best workforce transition programs are built by people who understand the local ground truth — not imported wholesale from headquarters thousands of miles away."

How It Works
From application to your first cohort in under 6 months. Here's the step-by-step process.
Apply as a Regional Lead
Tell us about your region, the local AI displacement landscape, your network, and your capacity to run programs. We look for local knowledge, community trust, and operational capability — not just credentials.
2 weeks
Context Mapping
Together, we map the local labor market: which industries are most affected, what roles are being displaced, what new opportunities exist, and what infrastructure is available. This shapes every aspect of the program design.
4 weeks
Program Customization
We adapt EDF's core curriculum and program structure to your local context. Language, industry focus, regulatory requirements, cultural considerations, and partner ecosystems all inform the final design.
6 weeks
Pilot Cohort
Launch a pilot cohort of 20-30 participants. EDF provides remote support, curriculum materials, and quality assurance. You provide the local facilitation, venue, and community engagement. We learn together.
12-16 weeks
Scale & Sustain
Based on pilot results, we refine and scale. Train local facilitators, establish partnerships with regional employers, and build the sustainable funding model that keeps the program running long-term.
